filplay may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by filplay may result in account restrictions.
filplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. filplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. filplay aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. filplay may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, which are displayed within your filplay account dashboard. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. filplay reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, which will be communicated to the registered email address or mobile number on file prior to any deduction.
